How do I find an apartment ?
It’s very easy. You just have to enter the dates of arrival and departure, and the number of people. The system will then select from a list of available apartments, with photos, prices and a clear description of the property.
Clicking on any property gives you access to the finer details, so that you can check that it corresponds with what you are looking for. And you can click back to the list of places to rent at any time.

How do I book ?
In just a few clicks, our online booking system allows you to reserve easily.
After accepting the final quote and the conditions of rental, you will be taken to a secure payment site to finalize your booking.

How do I make my reservation ?
You will be asked to pay a  deposit of 30% of the total. Except for a 3 nights stay, the deposit is 39%. It can be paid by :

Do I need to bring sheets and towels ?
No, all the apartments offered by are fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and sheets and towels are fitted and supplied respectively, so that you feel at home the moment you walk in !

Is cleaning included ?
Your apartment is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.
Do please leave it in the condition that you found it in. If you would like cleaning done for you during your stay, just let us know when booking as it is one of the extras we offer.

Are there any hidden costs ?
No, the final amount quoted when you reserve is what you pay. There are no other fees added.

How much is the deposit ?
To cover all eventual damage and losses to the apartment, we check the apartment when you arrive and when you leave. You pay a damage deposit (in cash) as a guarantee. The amount depends on the size of the apartment :

If there is no damage your deposit is of course entirely handed back to you.

For what reasons would the security deposit be withheld?

Who is there to welcome me when I arrive ?
We welcome guests between 3pm and 8pm.
When you book, we ask you to let us know exactly when you are going to arrive so that one of our agents can be at the apartment to greet you. This is also the person who will give you the keys and carry out the procedure of the damage deposit and contract signing, and to whom you pay the balance.
If you are going to be late, it is essential that you let us know as soon as possible, either by contacting the agency or by contacting the number provided when you make your booking. A late arrival (by over an hour) that we weren't warned about, incurs a 20€ surcharge.

What should I do if I have to cancel ?
All cancellations need to be sent to us in writing. is allowed to keep the 30% deposit and, only if the cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, you will be asked to pay the balance.
